The delegation from the Arab Marketing Organization took part in the second preparatory workshop for the Egypt-Sudan Business Forum.

A delegation from the Arab Marketing Agency, led by Eng Hisham Awad, Chairman of the Board, and his deputy, Eng. Wissam Saryeh, took part in the second preparatory workshop for the Egypt–Sudan Business Forum. The workshop began on Sunday morning, October 26, 2025, as part of the preparations for the forum’s official session scheduled to be held in Cairo this coming December.

The participation of the Arab Marketing Organization reaffirmed its active role in promoting Arab economic cooperation and strengthening investment partnerships between business entities in Egypt and Sudan—particularly in sectors related to development, reconstruction, and logistics.

During the workshop, participants discussed practical mechanisms to boost economic collaboration and reconstruction efforts in Sudan, with a focus on opportunities for logistical integration between the two countries and the pivotal role of the private sector in supporting these initiatives.

The Arab Marketing Organization’s delegation expressed its readiness to employ its expertise and capabilities in advancing shared goals between Egypt and Sudan, and in supporting initiatives that promote sustainable development and strengthen regional economic ties.

In this context, Engineer Hisham Awad, Chairman of the Arab Marketing Organization, stated:
“The Organization’s participation in this workshop stems from a deep belief in the importance of Arab economic integration, especially between Egypt and Sudan, which share long-standing strategic relations. Our goal is to make the Organization an effective platform for coordinating efforts and enhancing cooperation in marketing, trade, and investment—thereby contributing to regional development and reconstruction.”

The workshop was held as part of the preparations jointly organized by the Sudanese Embassy in Cairo and the Egyptian-Sudanese Company for Multiple Investments for the second edition of the forum. It followed the first workshop—held last September on food and pharmaceutical manufacturing—and precedes a third workshop on banking integration, scheduled for next November.
