Eng. Hisham Awad, Chairman of the Arab Marketing Agency, and Dr. Mohamed Beak, the organization’s advisor, took part in the 62nd regular meeting of the specialized Arab federations operating under the Council of Arab Economic Unity. The event was held under the umbrella of the League of Arab States at the Lusail Air Force House Hotel in Cairo on November 6, 2025.
This meeting comes as part of the implementation of the Basic Provisions Agreement approved during the Council’s thirty-eighth session and ratified by the Arab kings, presidents, and heads of state. It aims to strengthen cooperation and economic integration among the Arab member states.
In a special statement, Engineer Awad emphasized that the organization’s participation reflects its commitment to supporting joint Arab efforts in marketing and intra-Arab trade. He noted that the coming period requires unifying the vision among specialized federations to enhance their role in developing the Arab economy and promoting integration across Arab markets.
He added that through its membership and cooperation with the Council of Arab Economic Unity, the organization seeks to launch strategic initiatives that boost the position of Arab industries and services while opening new horizons for investment and trade exchanges among Arab countries.
